i found the room quite spacious and clean the bed was large and comfortable. i also appreciated the rain head shower in the bathroom. the hotel's location was very convenient and central i could easily explore nearby attractions. fleur was very pleasant and helpful at check-in she looked after our bags while we explored the city.
i noticed some areas looked a little tired it could benefit from some tlc.

The room was a nice Suite! The bed had amazing comfort. I enjoyed breakfast. The food tasted delicious. Stef, a receptionist is very professional! She welcomed us warmly.
The old double glazing was thin and a draft occurred.

The venue is fine, it had great architecture and comfort all around. I enjoyed the little extras such as ground coffee bags, great tea bags, and excellent quality bathroom products, they smelled so nice.

the bistro served a lovely breakfast.
the room felt quite cold i noticed two portable radiators. also a constant vibrating noise came from within the walls. the staff response wasn't helpful when i reported it.
